Rep. Ken Buck voted with 236 other Republicans to pass a bill Thursday aimed at restraining executive branch regulations.
The bill, known as the Regulations From the Executive in Need of Scrutiny — or REINS Act — would require Congress to approve any new major regulation from the executive branch, according to a release from Buck’s office.
